Leo Liu is a commercial advisor with extensive experience across the Australian mining and resources sector, particularly in South Australia. 

He specialises in regulatory strategy, tenement and compliance management, stakeholder engagement, and joint venture coordination. His focus is helping mining projects and partnerships move from strategy to execution — with clarity, structure, and cross-cultural alignment.

Leo has worked across all stages of the mine lifecycle, from early-stage exploration and land access through to operational execution, export logistics, and rehabilitation planning. He brings a deep understanding of South Australian mining regulations, government engagement processes, and internal business planning for resource companies.

In addition to his strategic expertise, Leo is bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and is regularly engaged as a trusted advisor for cross-border mining projects, joint ventures, and Chinese investment in Australia. His ability to bridge commercial, regulatory, and cultural gaps makes him a valuable asset in both boardroom and field-facing contexts.

Leo is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and holds membership in the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM) and the Harvard Club of Australia.

Senior Advisor – Logistics and Supply Chain

Ms Vivian FU is an experienced supply chain and logistics specialist with deep capability across bulk commodity movement in the Australian mining and resources sector. Her expertise spans end-to-end operations, from road haulage and rail scheduling through to bulk vessel chartering, port operations, and export execution.

With a background in international business and economics, Vivian has worked closely with mine operators, logistics contractors, and port service providers to coordinate efficient, cost-effective transport strategies. She understands the commercial drivers behind bulk exports and brings a practical, systems-focused approach to managing time-critical supply chain processes.

Vivian’s work includes managing high-volume haulage programs, optimising rail and port interfaces, and ensuring seamless communication between operations teams and vessel agents. She is also experienced in liaising with international trading teams and chartering desks, particularly in Chinese-facing markets.

Vivian speaks both English and Mandarin, making her a valuable advisor on cross-border transactions and export-oriented projects involving Chinese trading partners.
